EuroLeague Round 5
Group A:
All the games in this group were on Tuesday so that domestic leagues could play early this weekend ahead of the international break. Sepsi was still looking for their first win, but DVTK built a lead by halftime to win 80-68 and remain undefeated. There is still no relief in sight for Lyon, which stayed at the bottom of the standings after losing to Arella Guirantes, Robyn Parks, and Schio 84-58. After an even first quarter, Fenerbahce rolled to an 85-50 win over Shyla Heal and Lublin to stay in the top spot. Behind the leaders, Zaragoza defeated Valencia 59-47 to create an intense chase for the other two spots.
