If the same team does not win both games, the scores of the two games will be combined to determine a winner. Either game can end in a tie so overtime will only be played after the second game if the combined score of both games is tied.

After meeting twice in the group stage, the game in Piraeus was not close to either as 27 seed Olympiacos lost 72-53 to Ieva Pulvere and 6 seed Riga. One series that is certainly still up for grabs saw 25 seed KP Brno hold on to a 71-63 lead before the 8 seed gets to host in Lattes. 5 seed Girona built a solid 89-77 lead in Szekszard against the 28 seed behind Morgan Bertsch and Sandra Ygueravide. The theoretical closest series saw Dana Evans and 16 seed Besiktas draw closer to try to bring a lead home to Istanbul, but 17 seed Brno pushed it back out to a 73-63 advantage. The game that 13 seed Angers will host will be watched carefully after 20 seed Gorzow won the first game 74-67. There will be no math needed when 11 seed Roche hosts after they tied Lauren Scherf and 22 seed Charleville-Mezieres at 71. 12 seed Sedis should feel comfortable when they host in La Seu d’Urgell as Sierra Campisano led them past 21 seed Braine 84-62.

In Pecs, having Sydney Wallace back after she missed most of the group stage was helpful for 23 seed PEAC as they defeated 10 seed Caledonia Gladiators 75-51 ahead of the return game in Scotland. One game in Istanbul next week will not involve math as 29 seed Zaglebie Sosnowiec managed to tie NaLyssa Smith and Galatasaray at 90. Temi Fagbenle and 2 seed London Lions are in strong position after a 77-53 win over 31 seed Bursa. Right behind them, 3 seed Reyer got good games from Lisa Berkani and Jessica Shepard to win 83-63 against Qadashah Hoppie and 30 seed Fribourg. Cate Reese and 18 seed Mechelen built a small lead late to have the 75-70 advantage for now before 15 seed Gernika hosts. 9 seed Namur will also face a deficit at home after Debora Carangelo and Ivana Raca gave 24 seed Dinamo Sassari a 79-73 win.
