Wednesday eased everyone into the round with no math needed in the first game since the series started tied. NaLyssa Smith and Hind Ben Abdelkader helped 4 seed Galatasaray start fast on their way to a 91-65 win, enough for a 181-155 final total. Jazmine Jones and 19 seed Panathinaikos tried to cut into the deficit on the road, but Arka Gdynia held firm for a 67-63 win, pushing the final margin to 133-119. 27 seed Olympiacos was not pushing too hard having already lost to 6 seed Riga three times and the hosts put them out of their misery with a 70-65 win meaning a 142-118 final advantage. 28 seed Szekszard did reduce the deficit in the first half, but 5 seed Girona slammed the door in the second half for a 63-51 win and a 152-128 final margin. The other tied series saw Vaciana Gomis and 11 seed Roche build a lead by halftime and Jasmine Walker and 22 seed Charleville-Mezieres could only cut it to a 78-73 loss, exiting the competition by a 149-144 margin. Even hit by injury news, 13 seed Angers flipped the aggregate back into their favor in the first quarter, but Chloe Bibby and 20 seed Gorzow turned the tables again by halftime and an outright 75-68 win gave them a 149-135 cushion for the first seeding upset. Marie-Michelle Milapie and 15 seed Gernika took a big lead by halftime after erasing their deficit early, but then had to hold on to a 69-58 win that allowed them to advance past 18 seed Mechelen 139-133. 8 seed Lattes Montpellier was no longer trailing on aggregate after the first quarter and then built that lead for an 89-59 win over KP Brno, sending the 25 seed home 152-130. 12 seed Sedis had a comfortable lead and put on a show early behind Veronika Remenarova, but coasted in the second half to only win 87-83, more than enough to eliminate 21 seed Braine 171-145.

Thursday’s games started in Istanbul, where 16 Besiktas nearly wiped out the starting deficit by halftime and then went in the wrong direction after the break, but Dana Evans and Jovana Nogic helped them score enough points in a dominant fourth quarter for a 78-58 win that flipped the aggregate to their favor 141-131 against 17 seed Brno. 3 seed Reyer already had a solid lead before their home game and cruised again 72-51 against 30 seed Fribourg for a final margin of 155-114. With virtually no hope, 32 seed Antalya opted to not field their full lineup for a second straight game and Helin Boybeyi’s efforts were not enough as top seed Bourges won 90-69 to pump up the final scoreline to 198-120. Trailing by a massive margin was not the only problem for 31 seed Bursa, which only had five players available and Channon Fluker did her best in their 122-63 loss to Katsiaryna Snytsina and 2 seed London Lions, resulting in a 199-116 final total. 26 seed Kayseri had won decisively at home and then they put the series out of reach early in Madrid behind Claudia Cuic, winning 76-63 to knock out 7 seed Estudiantes 157-118. In the same section of the bracket, 23 seed PEAC also had an existing lead when they headed to East Kilbride and they defeated 10 seed Caledonia Gladiators again with a 61-50 triumph leading to a decisive 136-101 margin. There was one last seeding upset to close the day as 9 seed Namur made no headway on a relatively small deficit and 24 seed Dinamo Sassari’s 63-52 got them a 142-125 final total.
