Hungarian League Round 12 January 27th

The last round of games before the international break was played on Saturday. Gyor opened proceedings with an 83-64 win over Martyna Petrenaite and Szigetszentmiklos. Szekszard won 74-68 in Pecs to prevent PEAC from separating from the middle pack in the battle for playoff seeding. There was no surprise in the battle of worst versus first as DVTK stayed perfect with a 70-48 win over Cegled. Sopron stayed in the hunt for a top playoff spot with an 86-52 win over BEAC. Fanni Szabo led MTK in a 62-48 win over Vasas.
