The championship series resumed on Tuesday with Schio needing a win at home to extend their season. They took the lead early and were in good position, but Awak Kuier and Venezia did enough in the second half to complete the sweep with an 80-74 win. The top seed had a fantastic start to the season, but still were not considered favorites to get past everyone only to show their strength in the finals against the defending champions.
