Semifinal Saturday started at this site and Hungary lived up to their pre-tournament favorites expectation with an 82-59 win over Great Britain. Rwanda was trying to make the final at home and also had the chance to send a message that they are a rising power in Africa. It looked good early with Ineza Sifa leading the way, but Senegal established a lead and then held on for a 68-65 win to advance and to keep a traditional power above the upstart.
