All games in the final round were on Wednesday as all teams had something to play for with spots in the next round on the line and all results carrying forward to the second group stage while eliminated teams were still playing for seeding as they drop down to the knockout stage of EuroCup. The top three teams in Group A are combining with the top three teams in Group B to form Group E and the top three teams in Group C are combining with the top three teams in Group D to form Group F. The top two teams in each group qualify for the final round while the next two teams qualify for the quarterfinals and the bottom two teams are eliminated.

Landes took the top spot in this group with a 68-59 win over shorthanded Schio in Mont de Marsan. Avenida had a small cushion for the last spot when they hosted DVTK in Salamanca, but were only able to pull away late for a 67-55 win to advance and start only a game behind the quarterfinal spots.

In Mersin, Cukurova finished off a perfect group stage with an 87-58 win over Eleanna Christinaki and Olympiacos to put themselves in great position for a top two spot in the next round.

Fenerbahce made sure that they completed an undefeated run in this group with a 90-61 win over Emma Cannon and Polkowice to give themselves a good cushion in the next round. That left the door open for Villeneuve-d’Ascq to grab the last spot with a win and they had the lead at halftime, but Zaragoza seized the lead in the second half to win 68-59 and start the next round in one of the spots to qualify.
