The two promoted teams met with Alima Dembele and Mariam Coulibaly helping Joventut Badalona tie the game and then break it open in the final period for a 79-63 win over Ardoi. Over in Madrid, Estudiantes defeated Sedis 75-58. Next, Ensino made an early lead hold up at home in Lugo for a 67-65 win over Jairis. The day ended in Vigo with Clementine Samson and Celta trying to get a big win at home, but Markeisha Gatling and Zaragoza did enough late to win 78-77. A titanic clash on Thursday had Arica Carter and Avenida bolt out of the halftime break to hand Alina Iagupova and Valencia their first loss 93-81.
