Lyon looked ready to challenge the top group after an 84-65 win over Angers. Nicole Enabosi and Chartres nearly got a big win, but fell short against Lattes Montpellier 68-67. Roche continued to struggle with a 71-43 loss to Ajsa Sivka and Tarbes. On Sunday, Carla Leite played the first game after being picked in the expansion draft and Villeneuve-d’Ascq played for the first time after officially having their coach’s departure announced with a slow start dooming them to an 81-70 loss to Clarince Djaldi-Tabdi and Landes.
