Kitija Laksa and Schio also put themselves in a solid place with a 76-68 win over a Brno team that provided a stronger than expected challenge from last place. Group F
Polkowice hosted on Wednesday facing more roster turnover and Emma Cannon tried to keep them in the game but Valencia got a 66-56 win to continue to put themselves in strong position to advance in one of the top positions. On Thursday, Fenerbahce looked to keep their perfect record going, but despite a big early lead, they let their opponents stay close in a 75-71 win over USK Praha. Zaragoza was further motivated to advance after being awarded the hosting of the final stage, but Awak Kuier and Reyer had the early lead before the hosts could get the 64-56 win and avoid creating a three-way time in the spots to advance.

Round of 32 Game 1
The knockout rounds of the tournament started this week with 15 series having their openers. Since both games in the series between top seek DVTK and 32 seed Elitzur Ramla will be played in Miskolc, those games will both be played next week. Each series will consist of two games with the team with better seeding getting to host the second game. The only exception is that Neptunas and Lattes Montpellier have had the order of games swapped. The scores of both games will be combined to determine the winner. Overtime will not be played at the end of the first game so it can end in a tie while it will be played if the combined score is tied at the end of the second game.
A busy Wednesday started with Julie Vanloo pacing 12 seed Galatasaray in a 95-72 win over 21 seed Crvena zvezda. Gyor dropped down to this competition as the 3 seed and drew fellow Hungarian team Szekszard, defeating Sara Bejedi and the 30 seed 92-77 with Virag Kiss leading the way. 4 seed Olympiacos figured to be the worst of the teams dropping down and 29 seed PEAC took advantage of that to build a big lead and win 85-63. 7 seed Besiktas has a solid lead after winning at 26 seed Gorzow 80-64. After a close first half, 22 seed Keltern built a nice lead with a 60-45 win over 11 seed Tarbes. Marine Dursus and 23 seed Angers also got a big win at home 86-60 over Kamila Borkowska and Zaglebie Sosnowiec. Angela Salvadores and 18 seed Estudiantes have the early advantage after an 82-77 win over 15 seed Gdynia despite the best efforts of Ruthy Hebard and Stephanie Jones. 24 seed Charnay shuffled their lineup since their full roster does not meet the rules of this competition and Shakayla Thomas had a great debut alongside Monique Akoa to ensure a tie at 68 with 9 seed Ibaeta. Sara Scalia and 20 seed Campobasso were hoping to continue the good day for home teams, but Chloe Bibby and Girona came back to leave with a 75-73 win. 25 seed Dinamo Sassari did hold on to a 60-54 win over 8 seed Jairis.
On Thursday, 2 seed Villeneuve-d’Ascq was unexpectedly led by Aminata Gueye in an 88-69 win over 31 seed Constanta. Sydney Taylor and 28 seed Kibirkstis took the early lead and held on to a tie at 85 with Lyon, the highest ranked team in the group stage to earn themselves the 5 seed. It may have been the closest game in seeding, but 17 seed Ferrol has a commanding lead after an 83-58 win over 16 seed Braine. In the one series where the order of the games had to be swapped, 6 seed Lattes Montpellier will not have much to worry about when they visit 27 seed Neptunas after Garance Rabot led the way in a 96-60 win. Zala Friskovec fired 13 seed Sopron to a 79-66 win over 19 seed Sesto San Giovanni.
