Manolya Kurtulmus and Kennedy Burke kept Orman’s chances alive with an 86-77 win over Beatrice Mompremier and Bursa Ant. An Istanbul rivalry game started Sunday, but Besiktas continued to miss players due to injury and Gabby Williams and Fenerbahce won 91-63. Polish League Round 18

The last round of games was played with simultaneous tipoffs on Sunday. Gorzow was the final team to boost their position by playing depleted Polkowice, rolling 116-46. Two teams that will immediately face each other again in the playoffs had home court advantage on the line when they played and Zaglebie Sosnowiec got the 77-57 win over Poznan. Digna Strautmane and Robbi Ryan helped Sleza Wroclaw continue to warm up for what should be a quick path to the semifinals with a 100-53 win over Torun. The two teams that will miss the playoffs met, but Sierra Moore and Polonia Warszawa still have international competition on their minds after an 87-73 win over Lauren Ebo and Bydgoszcz. Stella Johnson and Magdalena Szymkiewicz thought that they were helping Lublin send a message to the top seed before the playoffs, but Gdynia recovered dramatically to prevail 107-99 in double-overtime with a triple-double from Barbora Wrzesinski and additional scoring from Marissa Kastanek, Stephanie Jones, and Ruthy Hebard.
