The four teams at the bottom of the standings are playing an additional double-round robin to determine their final placement in the standings. The first game was on Wednesday and Szigetszentmiklos held off Katrina Ozola and BEAC 70-69. Daraszak is still trying to get at least one win this season after losing to Makenna Marisa, Precious Johnson, and David Kornei 84-54.

Hungarian League Quarterfinals Game 1
The playoffs started on Friday with one series tipping off and Julia Reisingerova and PEAC got the 83-69 win over Franka Toth and MTK. The other series opened on Saturday and Gyor started strong with a 97-73 win over Szekszard behind the trio of Virag Kiss, Reka Dombai, and Boglarka Bach. Kaila Charles and DVTK also started well with an 88-62 win over Domonique Davis and Vasas. The last game of the day was also not close as Sopron defeated Dara Mabrey and Cegled 76-42.

Two series continued on Friday with teams looking to either advance or avoid elimination. Fenerbahce wasted no time in finishing a sweep over Kayseri with a 98-56 win. They had to wait to find out their next opponent after Temi Fagbenle and Holly Winterburn helped Besiktas even their series with a 92-82 win over Astou Ndour-Fall and company. On Saturday, Cukurova made sure that they would not suffer a shock elimination with a full complement of players led by Bridget Carleton getting them a 91-72 win over Erica Wheeler and Nesibe Aydin. Galatasaray finished their sweep over Lindsay Allen and Botas with an 84-70 win.

The semifinals continued on Saturday with Zaglebie Sosnowiec trying to extend their season at home. Kamila Borkowska helped them take the lead early, but Gdynia gained control by halftime on their way to a 78-65 win for the sweep. The other series had both teams looking to gain the advantage ahead of their next game Sunday and Gorzow had the lead early at home, but Robbi Ryan and Sleza Wroclaw dominated the rest of the game for an 85-61 win.
