EuroLeague Semifinals April 11th

The semifinals were played on Friday with the two teams who got byes for the first round in Zaragoza joining the fray. Fenerbahce was the favorite in their quest to defend their crown, but USK Praha took the lead for good early in the second quarter and pulled off an impressive 91-71 upset despite the best efforts of Gabby Williams. The other game was excellent with Cukurova avenging an earlier loss to Valencia and winning 68-66, leaving the bye not benefitting either team.
