EuroLeague Finals
The final day of competition was on Sunday and the third place game was first with Fenerbahce picking up a medal with a 59-49 win over Valencia. That set up the championship game between the upstart team and the legendary coach in her last season in the competition. USK Praha took the lead with a run to start the game and never looked back on their way to a 66-53 win over Cukurova. Brionna Jones led the way and earned MVP honors while Natalia Hejkova won her sixth title in a fourth different decade to leave just one more domestic title on the line before she retires.
