EuroBasket Qualifiers Round 6 February 12th

Group A:

Qualification finished on Sunday and the first game in this group had no impact on that, but Belgium rolled 102-43 in Skopje against North Macedonia. The game that mattered was in Sarajevo and Germany took the lead early on Bosnia and Herzegovina and extended that quickly to a margin that would be enough to qualify on their way to a 92-61 win behind Leonie Fiebich.

Alina Iagupova and Ukraine were well on the pace for the win, but Gintare Petronyte and Lithuania cut the margin to a 71-65 loss to make the sentimental favorite have a long wait that did not end in qualification.

Greece played like they were taking it easy early in Tallinn, but did complete a comeback late to win 67-65 against Estonia.
