French League Round 18 March 24th-26th
The round started on Friday with Landerneau making major roster changes to try and secure safety, but they lost to Lattes Montpellier 70-57. Alexis Peterson and Angers controlled the second half in an 84-78 win over Marie-Paule Foppossi and Tarbes. Toulouse got what could be a key win against Ana Suarez and Roche 76-73. After an even start, Marine Johannes and Lyon breezed past Saint Amand 89-61. On Sunday, Bourges resumed focus on domestic league affairs with an 86-57 win over Landes. Charleville-Mezieres is probably still the most dangerous team to the top group in terms of talent, but they fell short against Villeneuve-d’Ascq 82-79.

Italian League Round 26 March 26th
The final round of games was played with simultaneous tipoffs on Sunday. Venezia won 67-51 over Sesto San Giovanni. Schio was virtually locked into their seed and they looked to still be celebrating their last win early, but Marina Mabrey put up her final numbers for the scoring title and Astou Ndour-Fall chipped in for an 85-79 win over Elin Gustavsson and Sassari. San Martino di Lupari just missed out on the playoffs after a 63-58 loss to Campobasso. Faenza got a good 72-68 win over Lucca to help set the bracket at the bottom. Raelin D’Alie and Crema continued their strong debut at this level in a 90-58 win over San Giovanni Valdarno. Both teams were jockeying hard for position when Ragusa defeated Moncalieri 68-57. Iliana Rupert went to work to secure Bologna the top seed with a 90-51 win over Brixia.

With Fenerbahce taking of business in continental play, they were available to play their Round 22 game on Wednesday and coasted to a 105-44 win over Cankaya University. Round 24 started on Friday with an 86-49 win for Emlak Konut over Cankaya University. Kayseri fell short in their latest quest to escape danger with a 79-70 loss to Nesibe Aydin despite a good game from Lyndra Weaver. Antalya was able to complete a big comeback and prevail 93-87 against Jasmine Thomas and Orman with all three foreign players Khaalia Hillsman, Kayla Wells, and Feyonda Fitzgerald having good games. After a day off from their continental adventure, Cukurova will have to play four domestic league games in seven days and that started with Tiffany Hayes helping them complete Round 22 with a 90-75 win over Monique Billings and Besiktas. Games continued on Sunday with Cukurova’s 90-66 win over Rize. Botas defeated Dana Evans and Besiktas 73-62. Chennedy Carter and Channon Fluker helped Bursa put on a show, but were edged out by Azura Stevens, Epiphanny Prince, and Galatsaray 89-83.
