The first game on Saturday was for 5th place as the Philippines looked to secure an unexpectedly high finish while South Korea wanted to end on a winning note despite their overall disappointment. After a close first quarter, Park Ji-Hyun helped South Korea build the lead that would get them the 80-71 win.
