2027 WNBA Mock Draft 2.0

Khamil Pierre of Vanderbilt

We continue today with WNBA Mock Draft coverage. I released the 2025 WNBA Mock Draft 4.0 last month and the 2026 WNBA Mock Draft 3.0 yesterday.

These players are now in their sophomore season and have played one season and a half of college basketball. Some of them have become big stars such as USC’s JuJu Watkins, some of them have caused controversy such as Notre Dame’s Hannah Hidalgo and some of them have played extremely well in their sophomore season such as Iowa State’s Audi Crooks, Vanderbilt’s Khamil Pierre and S’Mya Nichols from the University of Kansas.

I released the first version of the 2027 WNBA Mock Draft last year and you can view it here. Because of the upcoming WNBA CBA and it’s upcoming changes, there will be two to three more versions of the 2027 WNBA Mock Draft. When those are implemented, I will release them on a yearly basis and let my blog’s subscribers and blog readers know.

  1. I don’t mean to be rude but this draft is just not it. Madison Booker as the #15 pick? Milaysia Fulwiley at #30? Both are likely lottery picks. Not to mention Tessa Johnson as a 3rd rounder.
