All the teams were in action again on Friday, starting in this group with Puerto Rico finding it a lot harder in their second game and losing to the United States 106-42. Belgium rolled past South Korea 84-61. China looked strong again in their 98-51 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Serbia made drastic changes after their opening loss and it helped them start fast. Japan trimmed the deficit by halftime, but they could not get close enough and lost 69-64. The dream start continued for Canada in a 59-45 win over France. Australia ended the day by putting on a show for the home fans in a 118-58 win over Mali.
