Italian Super Cup September 27th-28th

The season started with the Super Cup on Sardinia with a pair of semifinals on Tuesday. Lucca was hoping to catch Schio before their full roster assembled, but Astou Ndour-Fall was the difference in an 81-72 win. Bologna did not fulfill all of their offseason ambitions, but Cheyenne Parker had a good start for them in a 99-62 win over a Ragusa team that had major roster changes. The final was on Wednesday and Schio sent a message immediately that they should still be considered league favorites as Ndour-Fall paced them in an 86-58 win over Bologna.
