League leaders Bendigo hosted Sydney on Wednesday and Kelsey Griffin helped them stay perfect after an 85-75 win over Jocelyn Willoughby and company in the latest battle of the Frolings. Keely Froling and Sydney started well in front of a crowd on Friday, but Melbourne took the lead in the second half on their way to a 73-63 win. On Saturday, Townsville’s combination of Stephanie Reid and Tianna Hawkins helped them win 98-85 over Chloe Bibby and Perth. The early game on Sunday had Southside keeping Canberra winless 92-72. Melbourne seized the lead for good after halftime to win 89-64 over Adelaide with Olivia Nelson-Ododa and Kristy Wallace leading the way.

Cyesha Goree led Szekszard and Melinda Miklos just missed out on a rare steals triple-double in their 92-63 win over BEAC. Sam Fuehring led Csata past Vasas on Sunday. Veronika Kanyasi took the lead for DVTK in their 93-51 win over Szigetszentmiklos.

On Sunday, Weronika Gajda and Polkowice have been flying in continental play, but they are still sitting in the chase pack domestically after a 79-74 loss to Aleksandra Stanacev and Lublin. Tilbe Senyurek and Zoe Wadoux helped Gorzow win 89-66 over Poznan to build up an even bigger gap in the standings. The struggles continued for Bydgoszcz after a 97-44 loss to Sleza Wroclaw.

Rebekah Gardner and Girona moved into the lead and left Ibaeta in the danger zone with a 68-53 win in the first game on Sunday. Sika Kone had a good game for Gran Canaria, but they lost to Sedis 78-63. Zaragoza had the better final quarter to win 63-59 over Gernika. Jairis won 57-53 to move into the last safe spot for now.

Another round started on Saturday with Kayla McBride and Fenerbahce starting slow against Epiphanny Prince and Hatay only to dominate the next quarter and build a big lead by the break to win 110-75. Rize knew they would have a tough time against DeWanna Bonner and Cukurova, losing 83-60. Cankaya University was able to bring in Shavonte Zellous to get back to a full roster, but still lost 94-62. Besiktas moved closer to safety as Monique Billings played well alongside Dana Evans in a 79-68 win over Botas. The next game finished with the same scoreline as Khaalia Hillsman and Feyonda Fitzgerald helped Antalya win against Riquna Williams and Orman. Galatasaray rolled past Ferda Yildiz and overmatched Bursa 86-58. Jessica Thomas had a triple-double in Nesibe Aydin’s 74-60 win over Kayseri.
