EuroLeague Semifinals

The final set of games in the competition started with the semifinals on Friday in Praha. Schio had an upset on their minds early, but Breanna Stewart and Fenerbahce took the lead in the second half on their way to a 77-70 win. Hosts USK knew that they had a tough task, but kept it close against Cukurova before losing 78-58.

Italian League Playout Game 3

Both series had deciding games on Friday with the winning teams ending their season in safety while the losers had to prepare for another series to avoid being the other team to drop. Faenza took the lead early at home on their way to a 66-48 win over San Giovanni Valdarno. Lucca had a tough campaign, but their team hit their stride at the right time and Que Morrison led them to a 73-61 win over Kathryn Westbeld and Moncalieri.
