The deciding game for the championship was played on Saturday and it ended up being a game worthy of an excellent series. After an impressive run through the playoffs, Lublin was looking for one road win to grab the trophy while Erica Wheeler was trying to carry the preseason favorites one more time. Sparkle Taylor and Aleksandra Ziemborska proved to be the difference for the visitors and they held on to an 83-82 win and a first title.

Spanish League Round 30

The last round was played on Saturday with only the Canary Islands rivalry game not part of the simultaneous tipoffs and it was Tyler Scaife and Sika Kone who led Gran Canaria in saying farewell to Tenerife 73-55. A game with playoff seeding implications saw Jolene Anderson lead Barcelona past Estudiantes 60-47. The top teams did not have an easy time of it, even against teams with nothing to play for, but top seed Valencia did win 65-58 against Mariam Coulibaly and Ibaeta. Bembibre defeated Araski 74-54 to leave both teams outside the playoffs. Girona looked like they were going to lose their seed, but Marianna Tolo helped them rally for a 66-54 win over Sedis. KK Houser and Leganes were looking to end their tenure with a win, but Zaragoza did take care of business and left with an 84-73 victory. Avenida was not exactly convincing in their 65-55 win over Jairis. Ensino came back to defeat Laura Spreafico and Gernika 73-71.
