Spain found themselves in another dogfight against Montenegro, but Maria Conde helped them control the fourth quarter and win 75-57. With all the teams tied at 1-1, they know that a win means a guarantee at avoiding elimination, but Montenegro and Latvia play first so at the time of the second game Spain will know they advance with a loss if Latvia wins and will top the group with a win if Montenegro wins while Greece would advance if Montenegro wins and top the group with a win if Latvia wins.
