The winners in this bracket would make the championship game and take the continent’s two spots in the Olympic Qualifying Tournament. Amy Okonkwo and Nigeria left no doubt early, winning 79-48 against Destiney Philoxy and Rwanda. Mali was considered one of the clear top two teams in the tournament, especially with Sika Kone integrated back into the lineup fully, but Senegal had other ideas and Cierra Dillard was brilliant in building them a second half lead on their way to a 75-65 win.
