This round is actually 21 on the calendar, but the remaining games were moved to Saturday after the league compressed the schedule to finish earlier. Aisha Sheppard helped Poznan prevail 87-82 even though Kayla Wells and Anna Pawlowska were excellent for Polonia Warszawa. Rennia Davis was fantastic for Arka Gdynia in a 93-66 win over Andelina Radic and Bydgoszcz. Polkowice made sure that they were not falling out of the top spot after an 86-65 win over Gorzow. Sleza Wroclaw secured homecourt advantage for the first round of the playoffs with a 77-70 win over Bria Goss and Lublin.

All of the games in the first round after the international break were on Saturday, including Sopron crushing Szigetszentmiklos 94-48. Vasas stayed ahead of BEAC in the standings by fending them off 74-72. Kathryn Westbeld was fantastic for Szekszard and helped them have a strong fourth quarter to defeat MTK 86-77. Gyor had an easy 90-62 win over Cegled. They could not get closer to the top spot after DVTK recovered late and stayed perfect with a 75-71 win over Nadija Smailbegovic and PEAC.
