Turkish League Semifinals Game 2 April 3rd-4th
Home teams needed wins to extend their seasons while the road teams were looking to finish sweeps and get some rest for continental competition. Besiktas played the last game shorthanded and were still not able to fill all of their foreign player slots on Thursday, but put up quite a fight against their rivals. Fenerbahce, which had the luxury of rotating in three new foreign players, had Tina Charles starring alongside the lone holdover in Kayla McBride to win 77-73. The other series resumed Friday and Galatasaray kept it close in the first half, but Bridget Carleton and Cukurova eventually pulled away for the 74-61 win and sweep to set up the finals in two weeks.
