Women’s College Basketball Final Overall Player Rankings for 2021/2022 – Class by Class!

Jordan Horston of Tennessee

Sixteen weeks later, we have now arrived at the final overall player rankings for 2021/2022. This women’s college basketball season has been like no other with the amount of cancellations, forfeits, postponements, etc. We also saw a ton of parity this season, which means more and more players made the weekly rankings or some highly notable players were left off. It was an intriguing season for sure. These rankings are from the 16 weeks of regular season play and does not include conference tournament games.

Listed below are the top 36 seniors, the top 27 juniors, the top 18 sophomores and the top 9 freshmen for 2021/2022.

The preseason rankings can be found here. I’ve also listed my previous years final player rankings and you can see for yourselves if players have dropped, stayed consistent or gotten better over the years.

  1. McKenna Hofschild should really be in these lists more than 2x. Have you not seen her play? She should regularly be in the top list for juniors.
