The last game from Round 2 was played on Tuesday after it was moved for Sassari’s continental adventures and they won 75-59 over San Giovanni Valdarno behind Joyner Holmes. This round had two games on Saturday, including Robyn Parks and Campobasso edging Faenza 64-63. Sassari prepared for continental play with an 83-59 win over Moncalieri. On Sunday, Lucca looked overmatched at Bologna with Cecilia Zandalasini and Kitija Laksa leading the hosts to a 99-63 win. Schio was not convincing, but prevailed 66-60 over Ragusa. Venezia matched their perfect start with an 87-60 win over Crema. One of the new teams had to win for the first time this season as two of them matched up with each other and it looked like Maddie Garrick and San Giovanni Valdarno had done enough only for Carlotta Zanardi and Brixia to swipe it away 68-67. The round ended with a 73-62 Sesto San Giovanni win over San Martino di Lupari.
