A full round of games was played midweek and then part of a round was played over the weekend. On Wednesday, Angelika Stankiewicz joined Alexis Jones in leading Torun past Stephanie Jones and Sleza Wroclaw 91-78. Alanna Smith and Gorzow continued to roll with an 82-64 win over Sparkle Taylor and Lublin. Pruszkow finally got a win with Julia Berezowska leading them past Batabe Zempare and Zaglebie Sosnowiec 82-69. Erica Wheeler was impressive in Polkowice’s 86-78 win over Jasmine Thomas and Arka Gdynia. The first round ended with Polonia Warszawa’s 76-64 win over Poznan. This round started on Saturday and Nathalie Fontaine and Jasmine Thomas led Arka Gdynia in scoring and Julia Niemojewska recorded a triple-double in their easy 107-32 win over Bydgoszcz. Pruszkow carried no momentum with them to Sunday when Stephanie Mavunga and Zala Friskovec helped Polkowice roll to a 116-43 win. Alexis Jones paced Torun as usual, but Aleksandra Stanacev led Lublin to an 86-78 win.
